Bending process uses PLC control system : input  the para meters of pipe OD,wall thickness,No.,radius, bend angle and raw material numbers, material, heating  temperature and a series of data in the touch,  PLC will control the heating temperature almost constant (±20°) by colsed loop between pushing speed and heating temperature.
